Core Communications opened for business in December 2006. Started by two long time friends both with years of hands on experience in the communications and construction industries.
After serving in the U.S. Navy, Steve Lee saw his life long dream of being self employed in the communications field. Starting as an apprentice for a commercial low voltage contractor and transitioning into the contract labor market. He has worked for some of the largest communication companies in the country. Working his way through the ranks from apprentice to business owner has given him an understanding of the importance of every member of the Core Communications team.
Shawn Morse began working in the construction industry in the mid 1990’s as an electrician’s apprentice, working for some of the larger electrical companies in the Greater Phoenix area. After a few years and with natural job progression, he felt he had the experience necessary to start an electrical contracting company in August of 2000. He still manages that company today and brings a healthy business background to the Core Communications team.
Their management style has overflowed to all levels of the Core Communications team. Together, they work as a team to make sure they create a positive work environment and skilled technicians which shows with every customer contact we make.
